The provisions of Article 61 through the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the bearing of court costs incurred due to an objection to supporting intervention between the supporting intervener and the party that raises the objection, and to the bearing of court costs incurred due to supporting intervention between the supporting intervener and the adverse party.
第六十一条から前条までの規定は、補助参加についての異議によって生じた訴訟費用の補助参加人とその異議を述べた当事者との間における負担の関係及び補助参加によって生じた訴訟費用の補助参加人と相手方との間における負担の関係について準用する。
