Article 313Mutatis Mutandis Application of Provisions on Appeals to the Court of Second Instance
第三百十三条（控訴の規定の準用）
The provisions of the preceding Chapter, except as otherwise provided, apply mutatis mutandis to a final appeal and to litigation proceedings in the final appellate instance.
