Article 225Civil Fine for a Third Party's Non-Compliance with an Order to Submit a Document
第二百二十五条（第三者が文書提出命令に従わない場合の過料）
If a third party does not comply with an order to submit a document, the court issues a ruling sentencing the third party to a civil fine of not more than 200,000 yen.
第三者が文書提出命令に従わないときは、裁判所は、決定で、二十万円以下の過料に処する。
An immediate appeal may be filed against a ruling as referred to in the preceding paragraph.
前項の決定に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
