Article 115Scope of Persons Subject to the Effect of a Final and Binding Judgment
第百十五条（確定判決等の効力が及ぶ者の範囲）
A final and binding judgment is valid against the following persons:
確定判決は、次に掲げる者に対してその効力を有する。
the parties;
当事者
a person on whose behalf a party has come to act as a plaintiff or defendant;
当事者が他人のために原告又は被告となった場合のその他人
the successor to a person listed in one of the preceding two items, that succeeds following the conclusion of oral arguments;
前二号に掲げる者の口頭弁論終結後の承継人
the person retaining possession of the subject matter of the claim on behalf of a person listed in one of the preceding three items.
前三号に掲げる者のために請求の目的物を所持する者
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to a declaration of provisional enforceability.
前項の規定は、仮執行の宣言について準用する。
