Supplementary Provisions, Article 128Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers
第百二十八条（労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the reasons for ineligibility for licensing under the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers that concern a sentence imposed on a person for an act committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為について刑に処せられた者の当該刑に係る労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律第六条の規定による欠格事由については、なお従前の例による。
For the time being, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 6, item (ii) of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (5) of that Act), the phrase "or the Employment Insurance Act" in that item is deemed to be replaced with ", the Employment Insurance Act", and the phrase "Article 83 of that Act" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 83 of that Act) or Article 88, paragraph (1) or (2) or Article 91 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. for Ensuring the Soundness and Reliability of the Public Pension System (Act No. 63 of 2013) (limited to the part related to the provisions of Article 88, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act".
前条の規定による改正後の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律第六条第二号（同法第十条第五項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定の適用については、当分の間、同号中「又は雇用保険法」とあるのは「、雇用保険法」と、「同法第八十三条」とあるのは「同法第八十三条の規定に係る部分に限る。）又は公的年金制度の健全性及び信頼性の確保のための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十五年法律第六十三号）附則第八十八条第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第九十一条（同法附則第八十八条第一項又は第二項」とする。
