附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Beyond what is provided for in the following paragraph, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
次項に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
For the time being, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (2), the term "location" in item (iii) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "location, and, if it will engage in worker dispatching services at that place of business for manufacturing work (meaning work involving operations in the processes for manufacturing goods, such as melting, casting, processing, assembling, washing, painting, and transporting goods) that is specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in consideration of the actual working circumstances of the workers engaged in that work and of its effect on ensuring the working conditions of the dispatched workers involved in that work and on proper coordination of labor supply and demand, a statement to that effect".
