Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures for Granting Credit to a Single Person
第六条（同一人に対する信用の供与に関する経過措置）
The main clause of Article 13, paragraph (1) of the new Act does not apply, for the three-month period that begins on the effective date, to the granting of credit by a bank licensed under the former Act, if, at the time this Act comes into effect, the credit granted to a single person as prescribed in the main clause of that paragraph exceeds the credit limit prescribed in the main clause of that paragraph.
新法第十三条第一項本文の規定は、この法律の施行の際現に同一人に対する同項本文に規定する信用の供与が同項本文に規定する信用供与限度額を超えている旧法の免許を受けた銀行の当該信用の供与については、施行日から起算して三月間は、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 13 of the new Act do not apply to a foreign bank branch office for five years after the effective date.
