Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Transitional Measures on Penal Provisions
第二十六条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts which a person has committed before this Act comes into effect, as well as to acts which a person commits after this Act comes into effect related to the particulars for which prior laws are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の施行前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる事項に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
