Supplementary Provisions, Article 25Effect of Dispositions or Procedures Based on the Provisions of the Former Act
第二十五条（旧法等の規定に基づく処分又は手続の効力）
Unless otherwise provided for by these Supplementary Provisions, an authorization, approval, or any other disposition which has been taken before the effective date pursuant to the provisions of the former Act or an order based on the former Act, or an application or any other procedure for which corresponding provisions exist in the new Act or an order based on the new Act is deemed to be an authorization, approval, or other dispositions, or an application or other procedures which have been taken pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the new Act or an order based on the new Act.
