第二十四条（認可の失効に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 55 of the new Act apply to the authorization under the provisions of the new Act that a bank obtains on or after the effective date, and prior laws continue to govern the authorization under the provisions of the former Act for which the corresponding provisions exist in the new Act, which a bank licensed under the former Act has obtained before the effective date.
新法第五十五条の規定は、施行日以後に銀行が受ける新法の規定による認可について適用し、旧法の免許を受けた銀行が施行日前に受けた新法に相当の規定のある旧法の規定による認可については、なお従前の例による。
