Article 58-6Prohibition on Soliciting the Business of a Person Who Has Not Made a Request to be Solicited
第五十八条の六（勧誘の要請をしていない者に対する勧誘の禁止等）
A buyer must not solicit a person to enter into a sales contract connected with a door-to-door purchase or check whether a person is willing to be solicited at a place other than an office or other location, if the person has not made a request to be solicited in connection with the contract.
