If a buyer receives articles from the counterparty to a sales contract falling under one of the items in Article 58-8, paragraph (1) and then hands over those articles to a third party in a case other than as prescribed in the proviso to Article 58-14, paragraph (1), the buyer must inform the third party that the sales contract for the articles has been canceled or may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph, as specified by order of the competent ministry.
