Article 17Prohibition on Soliciting the Business of a Person Who Has Indicated an Unwillingness to Enter Into a Contract
第十七条（契約を締結しない旨の意思を表示した者に対する勧誘の禁止）
A seller or a service provider must not solicit a person to enter into a sales contract or a service contract connected with a telemarketing sale if that person has indicated an unwillingness to enter into the sales contract or a service contract.
