Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2020; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 21 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 4, and the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、令和二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中労働者災害補償保険法施行規則第二十一条の改正規定及び第四条の規定並びに附則第四条の規定は公布の日から施行する。
