Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 amending Form No. 10 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance and the provisions of Articles 3 through 5 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of July 1, 1994, and the provisions of Article 1 amending Form No. 27 (cover) (A) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, the provisions amending that Form (cover) (B), the provisions amending that Form (the odd-numbered pages from page 1 (reverse of the cover) to page 23), the provisions amending that Form (the even-numbered pages from page 2 to page 24), the provisions amending that Form (page 25), the provisions amending that Form (page 26), the provisions amending that Form (back), and the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the provisions amending Form No. 10 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance) come into effect as of August 1 of the same year.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則様式第十号の改正規定及び附則第三条から第五条までの規定は平成六年七月一日から、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則様式第二十七号（表紙）（甲）の改正規定、同様式（表紙）（乙）の改正規定、同様式（第１頁（表紙の裏）から第２３頁までの奇数の頁）の改正規定、同様式（第２頁から第２４頁までの偶数の頁）の改正規定、同様式（第２５頁）の改正規定、同様式（第２６頁）の改正規定、同様式（裏面）の改正規定及び第二条の規定（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則様式第十号の改正規定を除く。）は同年八月一日から施行する。
