Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1987; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3 amending Articles 17, 18, 18-3 and 19 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of March 31 of that year.
この省令は、昭和六十二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第三条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第十七条、第十八条、第十八条の三及び第十九条の改正規定並びに附則第六条の規定は、同年三月三十一日から施行する。
