第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of August 1, 1984; provided, however, that, in Article 2, the provision amending Article 15-2, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance comes into effect as of April 1, 1985.
この省令は、昭和五十九年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第十五条の二第一項の改正規定は、昭和六十年四月一日から施行する。
