Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Temporary Measures concerning Payment of Increased Estimated Insurance Premiums
第四条（増加概算保険料の納付に関する暫定措置）
The requirements specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as referred to in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are that the amount of the estimated insurance premium calculated on the basis of the changed general insurance premium rate exceeds 200/100 of the amount of the estimated insurance premium already paid, and that the difference is 130,000 yen or more.
法附則第五条の厚生労働省令で定める要件は、変更後の一般保険料率に基づき算定した概算保険料の額が既に納付した概算保険料の額の百分の二百を超え、かつ、その差額が十三万円以上であることとする。
With regard to the application of Article 25, paragraph (2) to the amount of increase in the labor insurance premiums to be paid pursuant to Article 16 of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the phrase "Article 16 of the Act" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "Article 16 of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act".
