Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2007.
この法律は、平成十九年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（児童手当等の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the amount of child allowance and of the benefit under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Child Allowance Act for the months of March 2007 or earlier, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十九年三月以前の月分の児童手当及び児童手当法附則第六条第一項の給付の額については、なお従前の例による。
