第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1975.
この法律は、昭和五十年十月一日から施行する。

第四条（児童手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With respect to the amount of child allowance for a month on or before September 1975, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和五十年九月以前の月分の児童手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
