Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2007; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the later of the date of enforcement of the provisions amending Article 2, paragraph (1), item (i)-4 of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance (Act No. 89 of 1968) in the Act Partially Amending the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance (Act No. 62 of 2005) or the date of enforcement of this Act.
この法律は、平成十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第七条の規定は、社会保険労務士法の一部を改正する法律（平成十七年法律第六十二号）中社会保険労務士法（昭和四十三年法律第八十九号）第二条第一項第一号の四の改正規定の施行の日又はこの法律の施行の日のいずれか遅い日から施行する。
