Supplementary Provisions, Article 45Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance
第四十五条（社会保険労務士法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1), Article 5, item (v), and Article 8, items (iv) and (ix) of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Amended Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance") and Appended Table 2, the labor and social insurance laws and regulations prescribed in those provisions and that table are to include the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act for the time being.
The provisions of Article 9, item (iv) of the Amended Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance apply to the labor and social security attorney examinations conducted from 1985, and with regard to the labor and social security attorney examination conducted in 1984, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新労務士法第九条第四号の規定は、昭和六十年において行われる社会保険労務士試験から適用し、昭和五十九年において行われる社会保険労務士試験については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of item (v) of Appended Table 2 of the Amended Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance, for the time being, the phrase "Health Insurance Act" in 2 of the Persons Eligible for Exemption column of that item is deemed to be replaced with "Health Insurance Act or the Day Laborers Health Insurance Act prior to its repeal (Act No. 207 of 1953)".
新労務士法別表第二第五号の適用については、当分の間、同号の免除資格者の欄の２中「健康保険法」とあるのは、「健康保険法又は旧日雇労働者健康保険法（昭和二十八年法律第二百七号）」とする。
