第三条（欠格事由に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 5, item (iii) of the New Act apply to a person who has received a decision to commence bankruptcy proceedings on or after the day this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
新法第五条第三号の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に破産手続開始の決定を受けた者について適用する。
