This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, items (v) and (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. to Establish a Sustainable Social Security System for All Generations (April 1, 2026).
この政令は、全世代対応型の持続可能な社会保障制度を構築するための健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第五号及び第六号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和八年四月一日）から施行する。
