第十条（総務省令への委任）
In addition to what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Cabinet Order are specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この政令の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、総務省令で定める。
