附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (January 1, 2016).
この政令は、個人情報の保護に関する法律及び行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年一月一日）から施行する。
