第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 75 of 2007) (May 1, 2008).
この政令は、住民基本台帳法の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第七十五号）の施行の日（平成二十年五月一日）から施行する。
