第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions set out in Article 1, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Residential Basic Book Act (August 25, 2003).
この政令は、住民基本台帳法の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第一項第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成十五年八月二十五日）から施行する。
