第二条（転入届及び住民票コードの記載に関する経過措置）
The persons specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 2 and Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act are persons who gave a moving-out notification before the Effective Date and for whom the scheduled date of moving out stated in that moving-out notification is on or after the Effective Date.
