Article 30-12-8Method of Providing Family Register Supplement Identity Confirmation Information to the Executive Body of the Municipality within the Area of the Notifying Prefecture for Family Register Supplement Information
第三十条の十二の八（附票通知都道府県の区域内の市町村の執行機関への附票本人確認情報の提供方法）
The provision, by the Agency under Article 30-44-3, paragraph (1) of the Act (limited to the part relating to items (i) and (ii)), of specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency to the mayor of a municipality or other executive bodies of a municipality within the area of the notifying prefecture for family register supplement information (meaning the notifying prefecture for family register supplement information prescribed in that paragraph; the same applies in the following Article and Article 30-12-10) (hereinafter referred to as "executive body of a municipality in the notifying prefecture" in this Article) is to be carried out by either of the following methods.
機構が行う法第三十条の四十四の三第一項（第一号及び第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による特定機構保存附票本人確認情報の附票通知都道府県（同項に規定する附票通知都道府県をいう。次条及び第三十条の十二の十において同じ。）の区域内の市町村の市町村長その他の執行機関（以下この条において「区域内の市町村の執行機関」という。）への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
a method of transmitting the specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency from a computer used by the Agency to a computer used by the executive body of a municipality in the notifying prefecture through a telecommunications line, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications;

a method of sending a magnetic disk on which the specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency is recorded from the Agency to the executive body of a municipality in the notifying prefecture, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
