第三十条の十二の六（国の機関等への附票本人確認情報の提供方法）
The provision, to organs of the State, etc., by the Agency under Article 30-44 of the Act, of family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency prescribed in Article 30-42, paragraph (4) of the Act (referred to as "family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency" in Article 30-12-12) other than resident record codes (hereinafter referred to as "specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency" in this Chapter) is to be carried out by either of the following methods.
機構が行う法第三十条の四十四の規定による法第三十条の四十二第四項に規定する機構保存附票本人確認情報（第三十条の十二の十二において「機構保存附票本人確認情報」という。）のうち住民票コード以外のもの（以下この章において「特定機構保存附票本人確認情報」という。）の国の機関等への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
