Article 30-12-11Method of Providing Family Register Supplement Identity Confirmation Information to Executive Bodies of the Prefecture Other Than the Prefectural Governor
第三十条の十二の十一（都道府県知事以外の当該都道府県の執行機関への附票本人確認情報の提供方法）
The provision, by the prefectural governor under Article 30-44-6, paragraph (2) of the Act (limited to the part relating to item (i)), of family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the prefectural governor prescribed in Article 30-41, paragraph (4) of the Act, other than resident record codes (hereinafter referred to as "specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the prefectural governor" in this Article and Article 30-12-13, paragraph (2)), to an executive body other than the prefectural governor is to be carried out by either of the following methods.
都道府県知事が行う法第三十条の四十四の六第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による法第三十条の四十一第四項に規定する都道府県知事保存附票本人確認情報のうち住民票コード以外のもの（以下この条及び第三十条の十二の十三第二項において「特定都道府県知事保存附票本人確認情報」という。）の都道府県知事以外の執行機関への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
a method of transmitting the specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the prefectural governor from a computer used by the prefectural governor to a computer used by the executive body other than the prefectural governor through a telecommunications line, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications;

a method of sending a magnetic disk on which the specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the prefectural governor is recorded from the prefectural governor to the executive body other than the prefectural governor, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
