Article 30-11Methods of Providing Identity Confirmation Information to the Executive Body of the Municipality Within the Area of a Prefecture Other Than the Notifying Prefecture
第三十条の十一（通知都道府県以外の都道府県の区域内の市町村の執行機関への本人確認情報の提供方法）
The provision by the Agency, under Article 30-12, paragraph (1) of the Act (limited to the portions pertaining to items (i) through (iii)), of specified identity confirmation information retained by the Agency to the mayor of a municipality, or another executive body of a municipality, within the area of a prefecture other than the notifying prefecture (hereinafter in this Article referred to as an "executive body of a municipality in another prefecture"), is to be carried out by any of the following methods.
機構が行う法第三十条の十二第一項（第一号から第三号までに係る部分に限る。）の規定による特定機構保存本人確認情報の通知都道府県以外の都道府県の区域内の市町村の市町村長その他の執行機関（以下この条において「他の都道府県の区域内の市町村の執行機関」という。）への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
A method of transmitting specified identity confirmation information retained by the Agency from a computer used by the Agency to a computer used by an executive body of a municipality in another prefecture through a telecommunications line, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications; or

A method of sending a magnetic disk on which specified identity confirmation information retained by the Agency is recorded from the Agency to an executive body of a municipality in another prefecture, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
