Article 20-2Method of Providing Entries in a Family Register Supplement to the Agency

The provision to the Japan Agency for Local Authority Information Systems (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") by the mayor of the municipality of the registered domicile, under Article 19-3 of the Act, of the matters set out in Article 17, items (ii), (iii), (v) and (vi) of the Act is as provided in Article 27-2, paragraph (3), main clause and paragraph (4) of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Cabinet Order No. 155 of 2014; hereinafter in this Article, Article 30-8-2 and Article 30-12-7 referred to as the "Number Use Act Enforcement Order") (including where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 31 of the Number Use Act Enforcement Order).
