The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may request an employer to submit necessary materials and to give explanations if the Minister finds them necessary for the enforcement of this Act (excluding Article 27, paragraph (1), Article 28, paragraph (1), and Article 30-2, paragraphs (1) and (2)).
