第八十四条（開業等の届出書に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 98, paragraph (2) of the New Regulation (Written Notification of Business Commencement, etc.) apply to a written notification under Article 229 of the New Act (Notification of Business Commencement, etc.) that is submitted on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a written notification under Article 229 of the Former Act (Notification of Business Commencement, etc.) that was submitted before the Effective Date.
新規則第九十八条第二項（開業等の届出書）の規定は、施行日以後に提出する新法第二百二十九条（開業等の届出）の届出書について適用し、施行日前に提出した旧法第二百二十九条（開業等の届出）の届出書については、なお従前の例による。
