附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on Special Measures to Promote Research and Development Business, etc. by Specified Multinational Enterprises (Act No. 55 of 2012); provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、特定多国籍企業による研究開発事業等の促進に関する特別措置法（平成二十四年法律第五十五号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第三条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
