Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions set forth in the following items apply from the dates specified in those items:
次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から適用する。

第一条の規定（厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第二項中「七万二千円」を「九万八千四百円」に改める改正規定を除く。）による改正後の同法第三十八条、第六十二条の二、第六十五条の二及び附則第十六条の規定、第二条の規定による改正後の船員保険法第二十三条ノ七、第五十条ノ三ノ二及び第五十条ノ七ノ三の規定、第四条の規定（法律第七十二号附則第十条中「八万六千四百円」を「九万八千四百円」に改める改正規定を除く。）による改正後の同条の規定、第七条の規定（国民年金法第四十一条第二項中「三分の一」を「五分の二」に改める改正規定を除く。）による改正後の同法第三十九条の二、第四十一条、第四十一条の四、第五十八条、第六十二条、第六十三条、第六十四条の二、第六十四条の五、第七十七条第一項ただし書、第七十八条及び第七十九条の二の規定、第八条の規定による改正後の国民年金法の一部を改正する法律附則第十六条の規定、第九条の規定による改正後の法律第九十二号附則第二十条の規定、第十条の規定による改正後の児童扶養手当法第五条の規定、第十一条の規定による改正後の特別児童扶養手当等の支給に関する法律第四条及び第十八条の規定並びに附則第四条、附則第十五条、附則第十六条、附則第二十五条、附則第三十六条から附則第三十八条まで、附則第五十一条第三項、附則第五十二条第二項、附則第五十四条及び附則第五十五条の規定 昭和五十五年八月一日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 54Transitional Measures Incidental to Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 10
第五十四条（第十条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
For the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before July 1980, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和五十五年七月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 56Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第五十六条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
