Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1973; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 and paragraph (2) of the following Article come into effect on January 1, 1974.
この法律は、昭和四十八年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条及び次条第二項の規定は、昭和四十九年一月一日から施行する。
