Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 5 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act and the provisions in Article 2 amending Article 5 of the Special Child Rearing Allowance Act come into effect on January 1, 1968.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中児童扶養手当法第五条の改正規定及び第二条中特別児童扶養手当法第五条の改正規定は、昭和四十三年一月一日から施行する。
