It is prohibited for any person, in the course of trade, to accept the assignment of a card, etc. (meaning a card or other object as referred to in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (ii) or a card or other object as referred to in paragraph (3), item (i) of that Article; the same applies below in this Article and Article 51-3), or to acquire a card, etc. in connection with the lending of funds.
