If a registered comprehensive credit purchase intermediary falls under one of the following items, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry must delete the registration of that registered comprehensive credit purchase intermediary from the comprehensive credit purchase intermediary register:
経済産業大臣は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、包括信用購入あつせん業者登録簿につき、その登録包括信用購入あつせん業者に関する登録を消除しなければならない。
the minister rescinds its registration pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of the preceding Article; or
a notification under the provisions of Article 35 is filed, or the intermediary is discovered to have discontinued operations in the intermediation of comprehensive credit purchases.
第三十五条の規定による届出があつたときその他包括信用購入あつせんの営業を廃止したことが判明したとき。
a registration referred to in Article 35-2-3, paragraph (1) is effected.
第三十五条の二の三第一項の登録をしたとき。
The provisions of paragraph (5) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis if a registration is deleted pursuant to the provisions of item (ii) or (iii) of the preceding paragraph.

「包括信用購入あつせん」
Giving a user a card or similar means (カード等) — a card, number or code — with which the user can buy goods or rights from particular sellers, or receive services from particular service providers, then paying the seller or provider and collecting the amount from the user later: either by a set date more than two months after the purchase contract, or in amounts worked out at set intervals from the total bought.

「登録包括信用購入あつせん業者」
A corporation registered in the comprehensive credit purchase intermediary register kept at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry; apart from the bodies Article 35-3-60, paragraph (1), item (iv) refers to, only such a corporation may carry on the intermediation of comprehensive credit purchases (包括信用購入あつせん) as a business.
