Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Adjustment Provisions
第八条（調整規定）
Where the day this Act comes into effect precedes the day the Act Partially Amending the Minimum Wage Act (Act No. 129 of 2007) comes into effect, the terms set forth in the middle column of the following table, in the provisions of Article 8 amending the Minimum Wage Act that are set forth in the upper column of that table, are to be replaced with the terms set forth in the lower column of that table.

この法律の施行の日が最低賃金法の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第百二十九号）の施行の日前である場合には、第八条のうち次の表の上欄に掲げる最低賃金法の改正規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句とする。

In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the terms set forth in the middle column of the following table, in the provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Minimum Wage Act that amend the Minimum Wage Act and that are set forth in the upper column of that table, are to be replaced with the terms set forth in the lower column of that table.
