第五章 罰則
第三十九条
A person who violates the provisions of Article 34, paragraph (2) is punished by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 300,000 yen.
第三十四条第二項の規定に違反した者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
第四十条
A person who violates the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1) (limited to those related to regional minimum wages and specified minimum wages applicable to mariners) is punished by a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
第四十一条
A person who falls under one of the following items is punished by a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号の一に該当する者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who violates the provisions of Article 8 (limited to those related to regional minimum wages and specified minimum wages applicable to mariners);
a person who fails to give a report pursuant to the provisions of Article 29 or gives a false report; or
第二十九条の規定による報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした者
a person who refuses, prevents, or evades an on-site inspection pursuant to the provisions of Article 32, paragraph (1), or fails to give a statement or gives a false statement to a question,.
第三十二条第一項の規定による立入り若しくは検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避し、又は質問に対して陳述をせず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をした者
第四十二条
If the representative of a corporation, or an agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation or an individual, commits a violation set forth in the preceding three Articles with regard to the business of the corporation or the individual, not only the offender is punished but also the corporation or the individual is punished by the fine prescribed in the respective Articles.
法人の代表者又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関して、前三条の違反行為をしたときは、行為者を罰するほか、その法人又は人に対しても各本条の罰金刑を科する。
