第二十七条（援助）

The government must endeavor to provide employers and workers with the relevant materials and other necessary support for the smooth implementation of the minimum wages system.

政府は、使用者及び労働者に対し、関係資料の提供その他最低賃金制度の円滑な実施に必要な援助に努めなければならない。

Defined terms2

employer
使用者（しようしゃ）
An employer as defined in Article 10 of the Labor Standards Act: the business owner, a person who manages the business, and anyone else who acts on the owner's behalf in matters concerning the business's workers.

worker
労働者（ろうどうしゃ）
A worker as defined in Article 9 of the Labor Standards Act (a person employed at a business or office and paid wages, whatever the kind of job), except a person employed at a business or office that employs only relatives living in the same household, and a domestic worker.
