第五条（検討）
When five years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the government is to conduct a review of the provisions of the New Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents, taking into account the status of their enforcement and other circumstances, and, if it finds it necessary, take the requisite measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新自賠法の規定について、その施行の状況等を勘案して検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
