附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 147 of 1956) comes into effect.
この法律は、地方自治法の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十一年法律第百四十七号）の施行の日から施行する。
The necessary Transitional Measures concerning the prohibition of concurrent occupations for persons who are, at the time this Act comes into effect, members of a sea area fisheries adjustment committee or members of an agricultural committee, and concerning the handover of affairs that a prefecture, a prefectural governor, a prefectural committee or another organ of a prefecture handles, manages and executes, accompanying the enforcement of this Act, to a designated city under Article 252-19, paragraph (1) of the Local Autonomy Act (hereinafter referred to as a "designated city") or to the mayor, a committee or another organ of a designated city, are as provided in paragraph (4) and paragraphs (9) through (15) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 147 of 1956), respectively.
この法律の施行の際海区漁業調整委員会の委員又は農業委員会の委員の職にある者の兼業禁止及びこの法律の施行に伴う都道府県又は都道府県知事若しくは都道府県の委員会その他の機関が処理し、又は管理し、及び執行している事務の地方自治法第二百五十二条の十九第一項の指定都市（以下「指定都市」という。）又は指定都市の市長若しくは委員会その他の機関への引継に関し必要な経過措置は、それぞれ地方自治法の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十一年法律第百四十七号）附則第四項及び第九項から第十五項までに定めるところによる。
