Article 12Insurance Benefits Specified by Cabinet Order in Article 29, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
第十二条（法附則第二十九条第一項第二号に規定する政令で定める保険給付）
The insurance benefits specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 29, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are as follows:
法附則第二十九条第一項第二号に規定する政令で定める保険給付は、次のとおりとする。
a disability allowance and a special old-age pension;
障害手当金及び特例老齢年金
a disability pension and a disability allowance under the former Act; and
旧法による障害年金及び障害手当金
a disability pension and a disability allowance under the former Mariners Insurance Act.
