A general incorporated association or general incorporated foundation that uses the words "Motor Vehicle Maintenance Promotion Association" in its name must have as its purpose the conduct of the following activities in order to promote the improvement of facilities and technology relating to the maintenance of motor vehicles and to ensure the proper operation of the motor vehicle maintenance business:
一般社団法人又は一般財団法人であつて、その名称中に自動車整備振興会の文字を用いるものは、自動車の整備に関する設備の改善及び技術の向上を促進し、並びに自動車の整備事業の業務の適正な運営を確保するため、次に掲げる事業を行うことを目的とするものでなければならない。
publishing its opinions as a Motor Vehicle Maintenance Promotion Association, or making representations to the appropriate administrative agency;
自動車整備振興会としての意見を公表し、又は適当な行政庁に申し出ること。
conducting necessary surveys and research, compiling statistics, collecting materials, or publishing these, or providing or arranging information;
必要な調査研究を行い、統計を作成し、資料を収集し、若しくはこれらを公刊し、又は情報を提供し、若しくはあつせんすること。
holding lectures or training courses;
講演又は講習を行うこと。
handling complaints from, or responding to consultations by, users of motor vehicles and others concerning the maintenance of motor vehicles or the maintenance business;
自動車の整備又は整備事業に関し、自動車の使用者等の苦情を処理し、又はその相談に応ずること。
responding to consultations from, or providing guidance to, motor vehicle specified maintenance business operators and other persons concerning the improvement of technology relating to the maintenance of motor vehicles and the improvement of the operation of the motor vehicle maintenance business;
自動車の整備に関する技術の向上及び自動車の整備事業の業務の運営の改善に関し、自動車特定整備事業者その他の者の相談に応じ、又はこれらの者を指導すること。
conducting public relations.
広報を行うこと。
