Article 94-10Delegation to Orders of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
第九十四条の十（国土交通省令への委任）
The method of the certification under Article 94-5, paragraph (1) and Article 94-5-2, paragraph (1), the form of safety standards conformity certificates, safety standards conformity marks and limited safety standards conformity certificates and other implementing details concerning safety standards conformity certificates, safety standards conformity marks and limited safety standards conformity certificates, the form of the designated maintenance record book, and the matters to be observed by designated motor vehicle maintenance business operators and motor vehicle inspectors in order to ensure the proper operation of their business are prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
第九十四条の五第一項及び第九十四条の五の二第一項の証明の方式、保安基準適合証、保安基準適合標章及び限定保安基準適合証の様式その他保安基準適合証、保安基準適合標章及び限定保安基準適合証に関する実施細目、指定整備記録簿の様式並びに業務の適正な運営の確保のために指定自動車整備事業者及び自動車検査員の遵守すべき事項は、国土交通省令で定める。
